We want to be a part of every community in which we work and hiring veterans and local individuals, is our commitment to giving back.  Being a part of different organizations that reach out to those in need is critical of wanting to give back to the community.  Giving money is one thing but giving of ourselves is what we feel really matters.  Benjamin Franklin said it best when he said...
